Chef Joe Woodel isn’t just an award-winning chef — he’s the fiery, no-nonsense heart of Your Mom’s kitchen. From day one, he’s brought the flair, pizzazz, and spice that keep our plates (and our guests) sizzling.

With over 20 years in the game, Chef Joe has done it all: graduating from the Washburne Culinary Institute in Chicago, cooking at Table 52 (Oprah’s spot), running his own restaurants and food trucks, and even turning up the heat in Munich, Germany at Grapes and Bottles & Bones BBQ.

Now, he’s here in Boulder City — leading a back-of-house team with 350+ years of combined experience — and he’s not afraid to shake things up. Bold flavors, sharp attitude, and dishes that pack a punch… that’s Chef Joe’s style.
